1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Commercial Trust Index (“CTI”) website and services.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website.

2. About CTI

Commercial Trust Index (CTI) provides information, analysis and behavioural insight based on publicly available payment reporting data and other information sources.

CTI is designed to support understanding of payment behaviour and performance. It does not provide financial advice, legal advice, credit ratings, procurement recommendations or investment advice.

3. Information and Scores

CTI Scores, reports, indicators, interpretations and other outputs are provided for informational purposes only.

Whilst reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, CTI does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or ongoing availability of any information.

Users should not rely solely on CTI Scores, reports or information when making business, procurement, lending, investment or commercial decisions. Independent judgement and due diligence should always be undertaken.

4. No Endorsement

The publication of a company profile, score or report does not constitute endorsement, approval or certification by CTI.

A CTI Score represents an assessment generated using CTI methodology and available information at a specific point in time.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, reports, methodology descriptions, graphics, branding, software, databases and intellectual property rights remain the property of CTI Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

6. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.

CTI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, fraud or breach of these terms is suspected.

7. CTI Verified Scores

Where a company obtains a CTI Verified Score, verification is based on information submitted and independently reviewed in accordance with CTI processes.

Verification does not constitute an audit, guarantee or certification of future performance.

CTI reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend a CTI Verified Score where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from use of the website, reports, scores or information provided.

Users remain solely responsible for any decisions made based on information obtained through the website.

9. Website Availability

CTI does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and may modify, suspend or withdraw services without notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

CTI may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

Continued use of the website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
